Terms of Use
Last updated · June 22, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Connect Aerospace website, the customer and student portal, and the services we make available through them. By using the site or the portal, you agree to these Terms.
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Connect Aerospace, 212 Beautyberry Ln, Sanford, Florida 32771, USA (“Connect Aerospace,” “we,” “us” or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site or the portal. Specific programmes, products or engagements may also be governed by separate written agreements, which take precedence over these Terms where they conflict.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the portal or apply for a programme. If you use the services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. The services
Our website provides information about our training, software and intelligence offerings. Training programmes, including type ratings, are delivered at FAA Part 142-certified facilities. Our software products and the portal support enrolment, document exchange, scheduling and billing.
Information on the site is provided for general guidance and may change. It does not by itself create an offer or a commitment to provide any particular programme, seat, date or outcome; those are confirmed only through the enrolment and acceptance process.
4. Your account
Access to the portal is by invitation and uses a one-time passcode sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
5. Enrolment and training
- Applications are subject to review and acceptance. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place on a programme.
- You are responsible for meeting the eligibility, licensing, medical and regulatory prerequisites for any programme, and for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide.
- Completion of a programme does not by itself guarantee any certificate, rating, licence, endorsement or employment. Those outcomes are determined by the relevant aviation authority, examiner or employer, based on their own standards.
- Seats, dates and scheduling are subject to availability and confirmation.
6. Quotes, fees and payments
Quotes are valid for the period stated on them and may be subject to seat availability. Invoices are payable by the date stated; seats and dates are confirmed once payment is received. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; by paying you also agree to that provider’s terms. Fees exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds, where available, are governed by the applicable enrolment agreement.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the services for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
- interfere with, disrupt, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the portal or related systems;
- scrape, harvest or copy content or data except as expressly permitted;
- upload malicious code, or content that infringes the rights of others or is unlawful; or
- misrepresent your identity or your eligibility for a programme.
8. Intellectual property
The website, the portal, our software, and the Connect Aerospace name, logos and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the site and portal for their intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.
9. Third-party services
The services rely on third-party providers (for example, authentication, hosting, email, scheduling and payments) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, and your use of their services may be subject to their own terms.
10. Disclaimers
The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Please also read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connect Aerospace will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Connect Aerospace harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising out of your misuse of the services or your breach of these Terms.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site or portal if you breach these Terms or to protect the security or integrity of the services. You may stop using the services at any time.
14. Changes
We may update the services and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Florida will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless a separate agreement between us provides otherwise.
