Privacy Policy
Last updated · June 22, 2026
Connect Aerospace respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website or use our training, software and enrolment services, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
In this policy, “Connect Aerospace,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Connect Aerospace, located at 212 Beautyberry Ln, Sanford, Florida 32771, USA. We are the controller responsible for the personal information described here. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@connectaerospace.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Enquiries. When you use a contact, early-access or “book a call” form, we collect your name, email address, organisation (if provided) and the contents of your message.
- Enrolment applications. If you apply for a training programme, we collect the information requested on the application — which may include your full name, date of birth, nationality and country of residence, contact details, pilot licence and medical certificate details, prior experience, and any documents you upload in support of your application.
- Account information. When you are invited to the customer or student portal, we use your email address to sign you in with a one-time passcode. We do not ask you to create or store a password.
- Billing information. To prepare quotes and invoices we process your name, billing contact details and the items purchased. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage and device data. Like most websites, our servers and infrastructure providers log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, to keep the service secure and reliable.
- Cookies and similar technologies. See “Cookies” below.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the information or call you requested.
- To review and process enrolment applications and administer training.
- To create and manage your portal account and deliver documents and scheduling.
- To prepare quotes, issue invoices and process payments.
- To operate, secure, maintain and improve our website and services.
- To send you service-related communications about your enquiry, application or account.
- To comply with our legal, regulatory and tax obligations.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in running our business securely, and compliance with legal obligations, as applicable.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar storage. Strictly necessary items keep you signed in, keep the site secure, and remember your cookie choice — these are always active. Optional analytics or marketing technologies are used only if you allow them. You can review or change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any page.
Some pages embed third-party tools that may set their own cookies when used: our scheduling provider (Cal.com) on booking pages, and our payment provider (Zoho Payments) during checkout. These are governed by those providers’ own privacy policies.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our services, with providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards, including:
- Authentication — our sign-in provider (Auth0 by Okta) for secure passcode login.
- Hosting and storage — our website host and file storage (Vercel) and our database provider (Neon), which store application data and uploaded documents.
- Email — our transactional email providers (Resend and Zoho Mail) to send sign-in links and notifications.
- Payments — our payment gateway (Zoho Payments) to process card payments.
- Scheduling — our booking provider (Cal.com) when you book a call.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the services, maintain training and financial records, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
7. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted transport, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
We are based in the United States and serve applicants worldwide. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your own. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for these transfers.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@connectaerospace.com and we will respond as required by applicable law. You can also change cookie choices at any time from “Cookie settings.”
10. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for aviation professionals and prospective students and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
11. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites and resources we do not control. This policy does not apply to them; please review their privacy policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes may be highlighted on the site.
